[Resolved] Bharti Retail — Broadband Refund not done | |||||
I applied for an Airtel broadband connection on 26 June 2016. the next day an employee came to me to collect an amount of Rs.1000 as installation charges. I got no connection updates for about a month. When I called up again and again they would say next week, next day or something like that and then one day finally one customer support executive from Airtel told me that a broadband connection was not possible in my location and so I filed for a refund. I was given a reference number and also I got a call that the amount will be refunded within a week, then they said with 4 days and then they also gave me a date(which was no good), since then I have mailed them my documents several times and also applied for an online refund and now after about three months I have several reference and ticket numbers and still no refund. I got a mail today from them again saying that they still do not have my documents (even after sending them 3 times.) Was this information helpful? | |||||
