BHIM — reversal of funds

On 5 december 2017 i've transferred money to someone through bhim but transaction has failed but the money is debited from my account the amount of money is debited is 4000 and it is a big amount of money for me because i am student. I've also call my bank but there is no response from there side my account is in bank of baroda. My account number is [protected] and amount deducted is 4000 rs so please sir refund the amount deducted asap and take action on this complaint.
