Bhima Jewellers — Not yet returned void cash to account/ misleadings of employees

Dear Sir

i purchased 4 nose pin on 10/11/2020 between 8 pm to 9 pm at karama, dubai, karama center showroom

as per your team mrs raeena and Mr praveen, given total cost AED 320/- an mr. praveen charged AED 330/-

as per the information from your sales person it shuld void from account, then only can move on transaction, and they informed me within 3 minitus it void amount will get back to my account
as per thir information accepted my second trasaction after that they informed me, it will take 7 to 24 hour

each and every day I am calling your team, for my cash, already had a conversation regarding this issue with showroom manger Mr.sajeesh
he informed me will take 7 days
now 7 days over today at 2 pm i called your team in karama again but they saying that it is my problem
and it will credi with 24 days

as a person who living in dubai, AED330 is big cost, and your customer servoce or floore sales person misleading and lack of knowldge lost My cash

kindly do needful for this issue which i facing now

i am ready to submit all details and vouchers
