We have ordered 2 rings for our engagement on October 11th, they called on 25th October that the order is done when we went there and found it was not at all fitting my fingure they have made it 1 size less, so unfortunately we are forced reordered it, with a promise of giving it to us within a week, today date is 09th Nov and am still waiting for my ring, When we call them they are very carelessly says that they are unsure about when are they going to get the ring, and next week is my engagement i am still not sure whether i ll have my ring for my engagement, such a service does BHIMA has?? They are not ready to refund the money also and they are asking us to buy something else for that money, So what we should wear for engagement?? this is how our hard earned money getting wasted in such a jewellery shop.
