I ordered the dress in biba on 19th august and it is got delivered by 22nd august and dress was defective so i initiate dress to return but after multiple mail to customer care they send guy to pick the dress and after they picked the dress my payment was initiatied on 27th august but it is almost 5 working day no information came from biba and its courier partner express bess. I tried to contact biba customer care through but didn't get any update from biba. I have done the payment through debit card and i opt for refund not for evoucher. Please clear my query as a possible.
