I have ordered biba dress 15 days back and its been delivered 7 days back. I need to return it but i am not getting return option on their site as statys is still showing as shipped. I tried to contact customer care but no response. At biba official store no body is helping. I would never suggest anyone to go for biba. They are not cutomer friendly.
