I placed an order for BIBA palazzo bottoms on 06th March 2022. I was sent an entirely different product(a kurta set by the same brand) which I immediately returned and even after 2 months, I refund has not been initiated. I tried contacting the customer services over 10 times but in vain.
It has also come to my notice that this particular brand is notorious for sending wrong products( perhaps their worst selling items). Was this information helpful? |
