It’s been 12 days since I am trying to escalate my complaint against BIBA CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have placed a return request on 31st July and since then their team has been just giving me same response that we will alot the ticket to respective team and I dont get any reply. Their customer IVR doesn’t receive call nor they reply on email or social media handle.Really sad customer service, doesn’t value customer and their time.I really want my refund and want this product to be picked.
