Recently I made a purchase on biba fashion but completely dissatisfied with the package we got delivered. The product was already used and the tags were removed. Also additionally the product is so smelly and seems someone used perfume on it.. I bought this to gift my sister but with this she is completely sad.
I want immediate return and refund of the deducted amount as I never expected such scams from a brand like biba. Also I would like to request strict enquiry on delivery person for such awful experience.
Inspite of raising complaint quite a few times, I am not able to get any proper solution, they are making us fraud victim by delivering used smelly torned products, NEVER EXPECTED SUCH HARRASMENT FROM BIBA LIKE BRAND !!!

This order have not yet been delivered, even after the delivery boy called up yesterday and i was in hospital for the treatment, can you please deliver the item today before 5 PM as I am available in my office.

I would urge to resole this with the same speed as being done while accepting the advance payment .
