We ordered monthly grocery from big basket on 3rd Oct'15 who promised to deliver the goods on 4th Oct'15 at 17:30. At 18:00 we got a call from them saying they are sorry and cannot service. Its become a regular practice with them to take the order and not deliver on time. If not for the money credited by them, the last time they messed up with our order, we would have never gone back to them. NEVER ! May be this is the last time we are ordering with big basket, we urge all others to think twice before ordering with big basket !
