I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent order (Order BNN-
EXN-[protected][protected] placed on March 8, 2024
To my dismay, the order could not be successfully delivered due to a technical issue which was not informed earlier to us. Despite the inconvenience caused, what is even more disheartening is the lack of communication and the non-refund of the debited amount.
On the aforementioned date, my account was debited, but the order did not reach me. I have been patiently waiting for the refund to reflect in my account, but as of today even after 3 days, there has been no such reimbursement.
I am reaching out to seek immediate resolution and an update on the status of the refund process. It is quite distressing to experience such a lapse in service from a reputed platform like BigBasket. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide me with a prompt resolution.
