I ordered an eggless Schogetten Alpine Chocolate - Milk with Hazelnut 100 gm Box, but received an egg chocolate.
I raised a return order for the same. The wrong product was collected by the company representative.
I called the customer care to know about their policy for such kind of mistake and the action they would take for the same. They just credited my Big Basket wallet with the 50% of the amount of the product as the compensation.
I told them that I don't need the cash but the concrete steps the company can take. But the customer care representative was like he can only credit my account with 50% value of the product as compensation.
According to me my beliefs are hurt and I don't think the company took an appropriate step.
