I had made payment through paytm.
Cash back was not received for six days after applying the voucher code. Neither did bigbasket nor paytm specify any conditions of cash back on the "payment mode" screen. They expect customers to read the t & c on their website before placing order for vegetables, grocery! It is better to buy from the nearby shop! Online shopping is convenient for senior citizens staying alone or busy working people. But, all senior people may not want to go through such bad experience as mine. I had to reach your forum when bb gave evasive replies since 28/03/2019 till yesterday. Today, maybe because of your forum, the complaint was resolved. Thanks.
