Big Bazaar And Koryo — Service or replacement | |||||
We have purchased tv from big bazzar with the following details. Future retail in voice no. 93063695 dated 26.08.2016. The system was working very well and from march 2017 sound was not coming. We have raised complaint to big bazzar as well as koryo with the following reference no. Reference id is 631895. Case id - ez[protected]. But, till today they are not servicing. When we went to store they arranged the service person visit in april 2017. The service person came to our home and tested the tv and said he have doubt on spaker and told us he will arrange for replacement. After 2 days he told it is not available and ask us to visit store. We went to store and they told us this model is absolute. This is 1st tv i have purchased and with in 6 month the model become absolute. The store personal asked me to go for other tv. Like samsung, lg, sony. Our tv was koryo 43"uhd. But equivalent tv was double the cost of the koryo tv. We said we can't afford to go for the other tv. We have purchased koryo tv because it was our affordable range. We said if you cant correctyour product which is under warranty, then you should spend money to get me 43" uhd tv of better brand.
