[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — billing and offer issue | |||
I have shopped today 16 dec at big bazaar koramangala branch and not good with below. 1. Samsung pay is not at all working on any of the billing counter @ koramangala, but still they have samsung pay machine. 2. Offer on fashion minimum purchase of 1250 with 250 cash back denied due to technical issue 3. Product given for billing not billed and noticed after reaching home. 4. Person in billing counter or customer manger his name is manish not at all customer friendly. When i reported both issues and telling it's their fault but no solution provided.
