[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — bought an ac and a cooler; no response on installation even after a week | |||
Hello, We bought a llyod split 1 ton inverter ac from big bazar on 2nd april 2019. Memo no 1233797. And a synphony diet i50 cooler on the same date. The cooler was with a defect and we had to call the service boy from symphony and we were promised that the installation will be done by saturday 6th april but nobody came even date. The ac was sold with a cash back of 5000 on my futurepay app with number [protected] even that didnt come. We ended up paying more price because of this. It took us more than an hour for billing and it was sold by zubair and mobin khan to us. This is a very reckless approach and they are just not the mediators to sell; they have some accountability or not? Please lodge a complaint against them and get this issue sorted asap.
