Want to lodge a complaint against brand factory for charging me 10 rs for paper carry bag which has their brand logo on it. Despite of telling them that they should not charge as it is not right to charge they asked me to pay 10 rs. It was raining heavily here and that bag did not stay for even 10 mins. When i informed the branch manager that they should not charge and i will lodge a complaint he said"your wish ma'am do whatever you want to". Please help me, it is not only for me but for all others who are charged unnecessary charges. Attaching images of my bill and bag. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a quilt few days ago the product is having the stitch failure one end and the quality of the product is not good at of that cost resolve the complaint as early as possible and revert the explanation and dont sell that type off non durability products in your store
