Sir,
On 9/5/18 a lg washing machine was purchased at e-zone big bazaar, rajajinagar, bengaluru (Invoice number ka [protected], billed in the name of b k chandrasekhar). At the cash counter your staff said that payback points and t24 currency to the mobile number[protected] would be added shortly. But so far they have not been added. Please do the needful at the earliest.
