I must say hometown is a pathetic place to order any thing. I have ordered one willy 3 door wardrobe order no [protected]. It has been delivered to me on 11th July as per the schedule. It was supposed to be assembled on the very next day but the person has come on 15th July and unwrap the product. Product was found damaged while uncovering. The upper plate of the wardrobe which covers the entire structure was damaged from corner. Technician has asked me to raise a complain on the same and clicked several pictures to inform the team mates for faster resolution.after that day I had not been called by Hometown any day till I again called them and remind them about my product to be replaced and assembled and also raised complaint. Complaint no is HT[protected]. Since that day i am calling them every day and like every time they promise me to schedule a visit of technician on same day either next day. This is being so ridiculous after spending so much i had to take pain everyday to get my product replaced and assembled. Hometown is my worst experience till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
