[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — double payment (swiped & cash) | |||
Till no 1, tr:56609, st:4814 with cash memo no 0034948.. This purchase was made on 3rd june 2017 at 12:15 afternoon. The sales girl swipped the sbi card and said link failure. Plz pay the amount in cash. Made a payment.. Later got to know the amount is deducted from card as well. Contacted the account mr. Mukherjee and got a confirmation of money reversal... Visited store also and gave a written letter but have received it as on date..6th october2017... Iif issue not resolved know will escalate the matter to higher authority... It is our hard earned money.. Can't let it go just like that.. Was this information helpful? | |||
