I bought a vaccum cleaner on 21sep 2019 and when i tried to use, it has some defected parts. Then same day i called eureka forbes customer care after 4 days technician came and said that this defected part will take 20 days to came after putting order of that. So he suggested to go and replace with the store. When i went to store they said we don't have the stock, wait we'll inform you., but the didn't said how long i have to wait. I have paid for a brand new product. Why should i suffer. I want replacement as quick as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
