[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Ezone incorrectly charging emi | |||
This is regards to an emi which your company is trying to charge my account incorrectly. I had taken an lg Air Conditioner from the ezone Store @ sobo Central in the year June 2011. I have cleared out all the dues which was completed in the year 2012 that is long time back. Despite that since the last 2 months your company is trying to charge my account with the same amount of emi and I am getting charged an ecs return charge every time. Already your company has had a successful charge to my account last month. I have tried contacting your company on several occasions and I have even come to know that Future Money is no longer an existing company, if the company no longer exists whi is authorizing the charges. This is my final attempt to contact your company after this failing to get any response I will be forced to file a case against your company for fraud Transactions and will be approaching the Consumer court. As I have even checked my cibil and your company name exists there also despite me clearing all dues. Was this information helpful? | |||
