[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — freedom sale cashback not received, and, non-ethical behavior by manager big bazaar mittal mall bathinda (pb.) | |
Hi, I done shopping at big bazaar, mittal city mall, bathinda (Pb.) During freedom sale (10th aug to 15th aug, 2019). I made two Transactions as per details below: 1) transaction of rs 1486.38 - dated 10/08/2019- memo no. 2941011, Mob: 9464*787 2) transaction of rs 462 - dated 14/08/2019- memo no. 0004724, mob: 9464*787. All items have future pay cashback on them. But to my surprise i have Not received any cashback till date. I tried to follow up from Manager, big bazaar, mittal city mall, bathinda on 5th sep, 2019 but Left stunned after listening to his not so satisfactory answer. He gave the excuse that as you have shopped during freedom sale Carnival and your shopping was below rs 3000, so you're not eligible For any future pay cashback. When i argued that i was getting future Pay cashback every time and through out the year and without any Restriction of minimum limit, he said during the offer the said rule Was withdrawn and you required to shop for rs 3000 to get fp cashback. When i further argued that i haven't read anything like that during my Visit and why the same thing was not informed to customers during Freedom sale that shopping below rs 3000 during freedom sale carnival Will not invite any cashback, he simply said that we didn't receive Any communication from company on that to be communicated to Customers. Furthermore, when i inquired if any notice was pasted Inside the premises of big bazaar during the shopping carnival (10th Aug-15th aug 2019) notifying clearly to customers of same thing, and Insisted to share the same with me if any, he simply refused to do so And said they don't have anything like that. When i argued that how you can simply amend the rule which is active Throughout the year without even notifying to the customers, he get Irked over the same and said "hum aapki baat ka jawaab nhi de Skte.. Aapko nhi aana shopping karne mat aayiye aage se.. Aap ne jo Karna hai kar lijiye..". I felt ashamed as lot of customers gets accumulated by the time and It came as surprise to them also as how a manager of such a big brand Can use such a language. Big bazaar! This is what the people are Getting from you. Fraud in the name of cashbacks. Just google reviews And complaint forums and see where you people are standing. You're not Even rated single star in service matters. No transparent policies, Zero customer service, zero ethics of the employees, zero management At cash counters during rush hours, scam cashback system. Regards, Sumit.
