[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — HomeTown Voucher Invalid | |||||
I received gift vouchers for HomeTown worth Rs. 15000 on Oct 20, 2016. Last date is April 20, 2017. On visiting HomeTown store on April 8, 2017 in Mantri Square, Bangalore, we were informed that the vouchers are not being applied due to an error that says these are invalid. I've been following up with store staff but they have no resolution. Also tried at Marathalli store, same response. Last date has passed now. Checked on this site as well and it said vouchers are active and to be redeemed - http://www.futurebazaar.com/showWelcome How can I use these vouchers now?? It's a loss of 15K. Please resolve this issue and allow me to use these vouchers.
