[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — ignorant behavior of billing staff towards customer | |||
Hi, I am writing this hoping for some corrective action towards this. The behavior of billing staff is usually ignorant in big bazaar (G. T world mall). I am writing after repeatedly seeing this and today it happened with me as well. Today i was at big bazaar (G. T world mall) doing monthly shopping. After shopping when i reached at billing counter the lady at the counter was chit chatting with other staffs. I requested her to bill me but she just ignored and continued chatting. Finally i had to go meet the crm and complaint. After that crm took my trolley to another billing staff. Incidents like this makes us customer think about big bazaar's staff training for customer services. Next time i would rather go to some other store where they give importance to customer's time. Below are the details of the incident: Date:- 24/03/2019 Store:- big bazaar (Future retail ltd), bengaluru - g.
