We had visited your viviana mall store on may 04, 2019. Our invoice no. [protected] for total rs. 6467.43. We have complaint for the below mentioned food items : 1. Kadak nath eggs - 2 packets 2. Multigrain bread - 2 packets We regret to inform that out of the 24 eggs purchased 3 eggs were spoiled. When we broke them a fowl smell emitted and the yoke was watery. The bread purchased was stale and was breaking into crumbles while eating or making a toast. We would appreciate if appropriate action is taken and a store of your repute does not sell expired products or of inferior quality. A positive early response from your end is requested. I bought prestige pressure handi 1.5lt.The lid was not present inside although it was mentioned outside the box.and the warranty card is not filled.
