Koryo — ac out of order for last 20 days and no response

Hi

I have purchased koryo spilt ac from big bazaar but after few days it has stopped working now its been 20 days no one has turned up and they are continuously giving excuse that spares have not been received customer care is not helping even i had discussion with service head he assured me that it would be repaired but as of now it is not been repaired nor replaced.

It is a harassment i am thinking of moving to consumer forum.

Endirt carzspa latest update: last 20 days i have talk so many representatives of koryo to future group but they give the time, noone have to resolve the problem of, call centre - my every call new man - briefing-time!!!

Endirt carzspa koryo head mr. Kb fati [12:25pm] after a holiday finally he back to office and picked up my call, i told him "the # ac story and the compressor " wait, what he done? A concall :d lols" a concall with local service centre manager mr, nagendra who never face me accept first day. Anyway blah blah blah... Service head want 3 days more to resolved.
