[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — My bank balance cut three times while I paid in cash | |||
SIr, Today I visited Big Bazar for shopping. I select item worth Rs 260.25. When I gave my IDBI debit card to counter boy. He inserted my card in POS machine. But nothing happened. He again inserted this time also nothing happen. Then he inserted the card at next to his counter but nothing happened. Finally he returned my card saying that card is not working and you have to pay in cash. Unfortunately I had not cash 260 Rs. So I request him to cancel one item of my order and I paid 57 Rs in cash for 2 items. After purchasing I returned home. I checked my IDBI account. I was shocked. My balance was cut three times(260.25+260.25+260.00=780.50 Rs). I am very disappointed. Kindly return my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please be informed that your PUK code is[protected]. After entering the code, it will ask for PIN number. It would either be 0000 OR 1234 by default. You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked. I have T24 Mobile no. [protected] obtained from your Big bazaar, Hebbal outlet, Bangalore. Now the sim is locked and asking for PUK. Pl provide support to unlock the sim. I had contacted tatadocomo helpline but they could not resolve the issue. all my contacts are stored in sim pl resolve early.
