I purchased a Koryo 1.5 ton 5star Ac from Big Bazaar, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 24.07.2019 vide invouce no.UP[protected] with 2 years extended warranty and from last year July 2020 it started giving trouble.I purchased the Ac for my father who is having breathing issues and asthma as the weather is very humid here in Ghaziabad and he cannot live without Ac. I have raised complaints of the defective ac multiple times but it is repaired temporarily and after some time again some or other problems arise.I have mailed the same to Mr.Vikas Maheshwari and requested him to either get my ac repaired properly or get it replaced or to arrange for refund cost of my ac but iam not getting any response.Even their service person Mr.Brijesh has spoken rudely and in a inmannered way with my father.Myself and my family are mentally getting disturbed because of the bad attitude of Koryo service iam much worried about health of my father and if anything happens to him only Bigbazaar and it staff should be held responsible.
