[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — non receipt of future pay and cash back | |||
I made a purchase on 10th august 2019 from your big bazar store-kolkata-sealdah, vide transaction i'd [protected] for rs.3681 or more. Till today neither i have received any credit in my future pay nor any cash back. Unfortunately i have lost original bill. I had been to your store at sealdah but they refused to give me duplicate invoice. They said since payment has been made by future pay so i should lodge complaints with future pay online. I have lodged my claim number of times, but every time they ask for invoice number, which i am unable to submit. Please let me know what should i do. I am a regular customer of big bazar.
