Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — overcharging for delivery and delivering very few products and that too lots of delay in delivery

What nonsense is all this? Almost half the order value is cancelled and credit memo for 840/- is showing against an order of rs.2084 - when i placed the order nothing was notified that products were not available. I have ordered 5 times from big basket and while placing the order it notifies us which products are not available and then only if i am agreeable i proceed for payment for the available goods only. My excess money is never paid anytime. I do not even have to pay delivery charges. They are cheating by cancelling a part order later and crediting to the future pay wallet instead of the original source which shows they are forcing customers to shop through big bazaar and even after telling them that i shall complain about their incorrect policy to the consumer forum they are least bothered.

Had called the helpline and was told that half the delivery charges would be refunded but already 4-5 days have lapsed but nothing credited to my wallet.E mail responses state that the matter has been resolved whereas there was no development at all.Further shopping value was ofRs.2009 +Rs.75 for delivery charges but only Rs.1169 worth of products were delivered with overcharge of Rs.40 for kitchen bamboo set of 3 and delivery charge of Rs.75.There is a total overcharge of Rs.40+38=78 by the Lake Mall store .Calling up helpline doesn’t help at all.Nobody talks

Why are you people cheating?You delivered products worth only Rs.1169 and charged Rs.75 for delivery against my order value of 2009 plus delivery charge of Rs.75.I was told that 50% of deliverh charge would be refunded to my FP wallet but nothing has been done till date.Trying to call helpline the phone is connected but nobody talks and the sound becomes null.Please stop all nuisances and refund my unnecessary charges.Even on 23-4-20 when i placed the order the bamboo kitchen set of 3 pieces was showing at an offer price of Rs.129 whereas i have been charged Rs.169 (an excess charge of Rs.40)
I had requested for full cancellation and refund but the order was delivered only partly on 27-4-20 instead of 24-4-20.
Please stop your unfair practices and cheating customers for your benefit.
Given feedback through the app around 10-12 times but no action taken at all
