What nonsense is all this? Almost half the order value is cancelled and credit memo for 840/- is showing against an order of rs.2084 - when i placed the order nothing was notified that products were not available. I have ordered 5 times from big basket and while placing the order it notifies us which products are not available and then only if i am agreeable i proceed for payment for the available goods only. My excess money is never paid anytime. I do not even have to pay delivery charges. They are cheating by cancelling a part order later and crediting to the future pay wallet instead of the original source which shows they are forcing customers to shop through big bazaar and even after telling them that i shall complain about their incorrect policy to the consumer forum they are least bothered.
