Very bad experience everytime...last time u gave offer of free gifts coupon on shopping of 2500 but u dont have free stuff to give due to our all coupon expired.Today we bought Britannia rusk in that a glass bowl was free but the executive gave us plastic bowl and said that glass bowl is not available with us...I want to ask y so? u people sell those free stuff or wat? than y u behaving like baniya ki dukaan?? only giving attractic offers but dont know how to fullfill and your executive also dont have the manners to talk with customer..They behave as they r owner of Big Bazaar.
