[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — pigeon 3 burner set | |||
Thanks to your mahabachat sale, we purchased a complete set of pigeon 3 burner. Before purchasing, we managed to get its reviews from the sales person and he did not bother to tell us the insights. Now within an hour of purchase (For which we had to remain in queue for 50 minutes), only one of the burner was working. Now as usual, waiting for pigeon customer care to help us. They have already left us hopeless because now according to the technician it may not work properly because we have indraprastha gas limited services and not the cylinder. Why are you fooling people with offers on non-branded stuffs? Please be noted that we trust future group and may not always research about the brands you offer before purchasing from you. Request you to escalate if possible as you may have better relations with the company after-all you're promoting their products on all your banners, newspapers etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
