[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Poor performance of salesperson | |||
On 09/9/16, visited GIP mall Noida. Two bills of Rs 2391 & 1355 were made. Presented profit club card to get points. Got only 24 points against Rs 2391/. Profit club confirmed that no credit given against 1355. Till no & Tr no against 2391 bill are 40 & 77213 and 36 & 35837 against bill of 1355/. The name of the sales girl is Arti My concern is that the sales girl failed credit profit club points against spending of Rs 1355/ despite my reminding her. Such incidents have been in the past but I have ignored. I would like the management to take corrective action. I will refer the issue to consumer forum as well for such casual attitude.
