[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — prestige hob damage | |||
Dear sir, I hv purchase a prestige hob dated 23/03/2018 after purchase the product i found that the function of the product is almost damage. But i not inform your organization i tk cr the product in prestige company but till date they are unable to running the firing system of the hob. Lastly i complain in jan 19 but they ignore me (Comp no kol461038). So if it is the after sale service, what can we do? We buy the product in your shop.
