[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — reconnect 32 inch tv is not been serviced.

Hello sir,

I bought a 32 inch reconnect tv from below address on 28/10/2016. But currently display of this tv is not working and for that i raised a complain number [protected] with customer support. But i did not get any support from them even it is coming under it's 2 years warranty period.
One support guys came to my home on 20th october 2018 and took the screenshot of this tv, after that i am keep on calling to customer support but i didn't get any response about to fix the my issue.
So request to you please help me on it.

Even after multiple follow up with payal, abhinav( service manager) from customer support, my 32 inch reconnect TV is not yet fixed. Could you please share me right person email/contact number or can you please help on it ?
