I placed an order on brand factory.. My order i'd is 34253... I placed it on 22nd june.. It delivered to me on 28th june. I kept return on the same day due to poor quality of clothes.. They came to pickup on 15th july! From then i keep calling this brand factory customer service and they keep telling me that we will initiate with in couple of days.., with in this weekend.. I called 10tumes nearly and they gave the same answer... I fed up... I want the my money return and compensation too for the pain they created and loss of my money and time Was this information helpful? | |||||
