[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — the product is paytm voucher and the complaint is denial of giving the product. | |||
I had bought a voucher of 3000/- from paytm but when i went to purchase at the store i was denied by the authorities as the quantity i was buying was above 6 items. When i asked them for any written notification they failed to provide me so. This happened with me at big bazar kolkata (Chinar park/rajarhat) branch. I had to leave all the items their and leave. I guess the voucher is also of waste now to me. Pathetic experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

They are having 7 billing counters in food section but only three counters running. When talk to floor incharge he bahaved very rudely and told only this much counters can be run. You will have to adjust and wait. Whereas queues are waiting for billing.
