Dear Concern, I am a regular customer of Big Bazar @Kharagpur (West Bengal). I had a good faith on services that you provide to the customer. But now I am little bit unhappy with a incident. Yesterday I bought a Jeans (Buffalo, bar code[protected] which was given to your personal tailor later on for cutting purpose but the same was made 38 inchs instead of 40 inchs which was requested by me. I have visited kharagpur customer care but NO result. Even they had charged me for Rs 30 for the same and still nothing came out for proper resolution. Now the item is lying with me and i would never be able to use it. Please look in to this matter and arrange to change it. Please get back to me with below contact details. .
