Big Bazaar — negligence of staff but the customer being bothered-Profit club card issued on someone else's name inspire of original documents given

i got a profit club card on 14 April 2015. I was shocked to see that the card stands in someone else's name irrespective of my application form and pan card being submitted as a proof . The employee promised to update the status in a day but when I didn't receive a call from them then I called again and I was told that it cannot be updated and I have to use it with the name of the person I don't even know. I am really irritates and worried as I have paid 10, 000 rupees for the card which is not a small amount.
