[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Non receipt of5% instant cashback discount on SBI Credit Card No. XXXX4825

Dear Sir, With reference to your " marketing program (“Program”) from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Future Retail Limited, validity of the programme from 29Apr2015 till 3May2015." As per you terms & conditions of your program "A cardholder who swipes his/her SBI Credit Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2, 000/- and above can avail 5% instant discount on each qualifying transaction at the participating merchant stores (i.e., at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, [protected]@ Big Bazaar and Big Bazaar Direct)." I have made transaction of Amt 10000/- (ten thousand only) on 29 April 2015 at Big Bizaar (SBI Credit Card No. XXXX4825), but i have not received instant cashback in my account, Kindly credit 5% cashback discount immediately.
