[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Non Refund of Money

On[protected] purchased goods of value Rs. 2353.23 from Big Bazaar Guwahati (City Square 118/1, G.S. Road, Guwahati) and swiped my State Bank Of India Debit Card twice. The transaction failed twice so I had to pay cash. But I found out later that the sum of Rs. 2353.23 was deducted twice (total Rs. 4706.46) from my personal account. I filed a written complaint at the customer care with proper details of transaction. Customer care promised that money would be refunded within 72 hours. Now today is[protected] and I had again twice lodged complaint after my first complaint, but have not received a refund.
