24TH MARCH I BOOKED A HITACHI AIR CONDITIONER FORM EZONE CHEMBUR BRANCH BASED AT DIAMOND GARDEN IN KMALL. I MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT LIFTING OF MY OLD AC AND INSTALLATION OF NEW AC SHOULD GO HAND IN HAND. THE DELIVERY DATE FIXED UP WAS 26TH MARCH BUT STILL INSISTED TO MAKE A CALL BEFORE THE PURCHASED AC LEAVES YOUR WAREHOUSE. INSPITE OF MAKING THINGS CLEAR SOME VENDOR CAME AND PICKED UP MY OLD AC AND YOUR NEW AC LEFT TO BE DELIVERED WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO GIVE ME A CALL.
THE MATTER DOES NOT COME TO AN END HERE, SINCE 26TH MARCH THE AC IS JUST LYING LIKE THAT ONLY IN MY HOUSE AND THERE IS NO ONE TO COME AND INSTALL IT, I HAVE VISITED YOUR OUTLET TWICE REQUESTING THEM THE INSTALLATION BUT I THINK NOW THAT IT IS SOLD I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION RATHER THAN BEARING WITH ALL THE NON SENSE GOING ON. YOUR PEOPLE HAVE STOP RESPONDING TO MY CALL.
THE HITACHI PERSON IS CALLING UP AND GIVING SOME OR THE OTHER REASON FOR NOT COMING FOR INSTALLATION. TODAY SURPIRISINGLY AT 7:30 HE TOLD ME THAT HIS 2 WHEELER IS NOT FUCTIONING PROPERLY AND THE SAME PERSON AT 4:30 TOLD ME THAT HE IS WORKING IN BANDRA.
MY PARENTS ARE VERY OLD AND THIS AC WAS FOR THEM TO AVOID THIS KILLING HEAT, NOT THE OLD AC IS ALSO GONE AND NEW AC IS LYING IN ONE CORNER OF THE ROOM.
I AM GETTING A FEELING THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY RETIREMENT PENSION AND TO GET THE SAME I HAVE TO APPROACH THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
JUST TO REMIND YOU I HAVE PURCHASED A 29000/- PRODUCT.
