[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Transaction failed - non refund of money | |||||
I am using SBI Styleup Credit card No ( 4726********8517 ) Name of Prasanta Kumar Sahu, Saturday (7.11.2015) I shopped at Big Baazar Kothrud branch Pune. With an amount of 7054.02, however at the cash counter the card was swiped twice. The cash counter guy said that there is some issue with the card and asked me another card for payment so i did the same. But after some time I received two different SMS of amount 7054.02 being dedcuted twice from SBI card. I enquired at Bigbaazar Customer service and they said there was some technical issue and the amount will be reversed within 24 Hrs. they have also given me a written acknowledgement letter about the money being dedcuted and the technical issue. However the amount isn't reversed yet, I tried to contact SBI customer care but it never connects. till i didn't recive my amount.
