Big Bazar — Not get confirmation for my order and money get deducted from bank

My name is komal solanki, (Contact no [protected]), I have placed order on 7 May 2021 at 10:27 am for 6 items of total price of Rs. 1005.00 from Jodhpur (Rajasthan) we have order from.
My money get deducted from the account via UPI id from axis bank by future pay medium but still in orders it says "Payment is awaiting"

Its been 2 hours I have got the money deduction email from my bank but still no confirmation on my order, I request you to either confirm my order or refund my payment.
