Big Cinemas — Overpricing and high charging of water bottle

Recently government has passed order that cinema cannot charged overprice on water bottle. But it doesn't look that these greedy cinemas will easily follow. I watched a movie in odeon, big cinemas, connaught palace delhi. They supply me water bottle bonaaqua coca cola which they charged for 50 rs and said that its mrp is rs 50.
This show how these people find loophole in any of the government decision.

Today(11-May-17) i went to watch movie in Carnival Cinema their they don't allow to take water bottle, their inside they are selling kinley water bottle (with written "supply through selected channel") whit Mrp-₹50/L of the same bottle which was of Mrp-₹20 outside

This is to bring to ur kind notice that I had booked a show on 23/04/2017 of the movie Half Girlfriend show timing 3.30.

I had booked the tickets through paytm but the show got cancelled and the amount is not yet credited to my account so please look into the matter & do the needful.

It's very ridiculous that big cinema is taking 50 RS for just one bottle of water (1 LTR). That must be changed. Outside the cinema bottle costs only 20 RS. So it's totally wrong.
