Hi.. We hv booked ticket at ebony lounge gip noida with no. A1, a2 for today evening. But due to riots or critical condition of baba ram rahem case we dont feel safe and want to cancel our tickets. But your team is not allowing us to do so. Kindly do the needful and refund the money back. Its more than 15 days still no one revert me on this. I believe you need to take an action against Big cinemas.

Yesterday i went to movie i asked to tickets and mode of payment through my icici bank coral card.for my card if you purchase two ticket one ticket will be free but employ refuse to give they directly swap my card and draw the money of two tickets what the hell its i wil pay for card annual charges then what is the use
