This is regarding my order ( DX-WHO[protected]. I cancelled it on May 21 for some reason, then I got a message from bb that my refund will be credited to my source account within 24hrs, but till now(24 may) the money is still not credited, I tried contacting their customer service but they were not responding

    The above order delivered on 15.05.2022, one product Moov Instant Pain Relief Spray - Useful For Back, Joint, Knee, Muscle Pain & Sports & Fitness Injuries, was for 80G, but 35G product was delivered. This was returned to the delivery person, who confirmed with the office for getting the replacement in about 3 hours. Even after 24 hours and repeated complaints, nothing has happened.

    Also, the delivery was nearly 45 minutes delayed for which as per the company policy, compensation is required to be paid.

    To avoid the compensation, the company sent a message stating that the order was delivered on time.

    Repeated email complaints to customer service and repeated calls to the customer service phone and also on the company's portal have not had any effect, not even an acknowledgement.

    After repeated follow up, the complaint was resolved. This was just after registering the complaint here. But very very bad service from the company.

      time is 6-9 a.m.16th today. So far not delivered. Contacted their phone numbers.No reply.Hence we are placing the complain.

      Now the order is cancelled for the mistakes done by bigbasket.and the refund order is intiated .But this is
      not the complaint.When accepted the payment it is the duty of bigbasket to deliver goods but not refund.

        As per the answer from you in the previous mails you think I ordered something for the commercial use but why would I do that if 1. Neither do I own any kirana or gorcery store nore know anyone who owns it !.
        2. How can you say I ordered 1 pack of 6 good knight refill my purchase for kirana store!

        I ordered 2nd time because my family member told me that we need total of 12 good knight refill instead of 6 so I recorded...

        Big Basket is marking false delivery confirmation and it happened multiple times. I have ordered 2 tender coconut at 08:39 PM. As per BB Now policy, they will deliver the order in 20 min. I got system update that the order is delivered after 98 min around 10:18 PM, whereas the delivery is done after 40 min around 10:55 PM.

            I ordered vegetable and milk from BBDaily. But I didn’t get some of vegetable from my order. I chatted on BBDaily but no one is replying me and also call on given number stated on BBDaily app then also no reply. I also mail about missing product no one reply me. How they will resolve my problem . I m fraustrated about BBDaily. Plz help me

              I am a regular and old customer of BB. I always received good quality products from them so never had to question their authenticity, but recently I had ordered black and white sesame seeds and the delivery products were old, smelling like cockroaches and very bad. Thankfully I didn't give it to my children or family otherwise they would have been food poisoned. I am now scared to order anymore with Big basket, it's a matter of health issue.

                  I have paid through mobikwik worth 1849.94 Rs/- .
                  delivery person delivered the product and later (after 1 hour)called back and mentioned that it's COD and we have to pay else he will pick the product.we said how we will pay twice ? He came and picked the product and asked us to cancel the order. We tried but unable to cancel the order as it's already on way of shipment.Just within 5 minutes of product pickup, the product details mentioned in app as wrong product placed so customer returned ( without our notice). bigbasket kept fake name for cancellation and cancelled as wrong product placed.i haven't received refund still.customer care is totally worst as all are telling fake stories.it's totally disgusting to purchase from this app.very bad customer service.
                  i wrote mail by sending payment details to [protected]@bigbasket.com and [protected]@bigbasket.com still no use.

                    Wallet Payment not refund back to bank account

                    I raised request to transfer my wallet balance of Rs 1108.26, to my Bank/ source of payment i can see transfer initiated on 22march but I didn’t get it .

                    I had many communicationy with big basket customer care also done many times emails even escalate to there grievance team but not yet get any response where my money gone.
                    I submitted my bank statement to them...

                      I had ordered Soyabean oil in morning today around 11 am. The expected delivery time was given between 5 pm to 7 pm. It is now almost 10:30 pm and still it has not got delivered. I tried reaching everywhere on chat, email, customer care number but no update. Worst experience with Big Basket since I have started using it in last few years.

                          This is regarding my order[protected] which was cancelled by bb for some reason which is only known to them. On 2nd May I got a mesage that amount will be credited to my source account within 24 hrs however I am still waiting. They are not responding via email phone or chat..i dont know what to do now.                             Dear Sir,
                            This is to inform you that I have ordered a product (Borosil - Borosilicate Glassware
                            ) through order No MKOVO[protected]. I have placed the order on 23rd March’22. The ordered product was supposed to deliver on 28th March’22 at my place. But on the day of delivery, I have received a message that due to unavailability of the product the order was cancelled. I have ordered the product for gifting purpose. So all my planning went in vain.

                            I have some questions in this regard:-
                            1. Why the ordered product was not delivered to me?
                            2. Why did they take the order if they don’t have the stock?
                            3. Why did they not able to take the product in stock within 5 days of the fully paid order?
                            4. Why did they inform me about the cancellation of my order on the day of delivery?
                            5. For any modifications in order, why they didn’t call the customer to confirm the same?
                            6. Is it a one way communication only?

                            I was very much upset to hear that someone else would take my ordered product. But I don’t able to understand the logic behind it. My product would come to me automatically by system only. How somebody else could take my ordered product? Moreover the funny fact is that Bigbasket is still taking the order for the same product. I have attached the screenshot of the same for your reference. Is it a right approach? Or is it an eyewash to collect the order only?

                            In this case, I do feel that you should take proper action to this act and provide a proper resolution to me .

                                  I initiated the refund from wallet to source account by mailing bbdaily support on 24th April. They assured me, within 48 hrs, our team will contact me for this.
                                  Till 26th, I received no such call from them,
                                  I again mailed them no calls were received by me from your end, they again assured me they have escalated this issue, and a team will contact me within 48 hrs.
                                  As of right now, I have received no such call, and when I called support, they were saying they have already called me. They again escalated this issue and gave me a complaint no and 48 hrs.

                                  I don't know if this is a scheme of duping customers which is being played by BBDaily, but I want my money back. It's not a huge amount of money, and this should take this long.

                                  I tried calling and mailing them, and they keep on saying that within 48 hrs your issue will be resolved, but comes 48 hrs, and my issue is right where it was earlier.

                                  Please take strict action on this issue as earliest as possible.
