Bad quality sesame seeds

I am a regular and old customer of BB. I always received good quality products from them so never had to question their authenticity, but recently I had ordered black and white sesame seeds and the delivery products were old, smelling like cockroaches and very bad. Thankfully I didn't give it to my children or family otherwise they would have been food poisoned. I am now scared to order anymore with Big basket, it's a matter of health issue....

Refund Not Credited

This is regarding my order id #MGUO[protected] which was cancelled by Big Basket on 2nd May without any reason (some secret reasons only they knew that) and my amount is not credited to my source account yet....

delivery person delivered the product and later (after 1 hour)called back and mentioned that it's COD and we have to pay else he will pick the product.we said how we will pay twice ? Wallet Payment not refund back to bank account

I raised request to transfer my wallet balance of Rs 1108.26, to my Bank/ source of payment i can see transfer initiated on 22march but I didn’t get it .

I had many communicationy with big basket customer care also done many times emails even escalate to there grievance team but not yet get any response where my money gone.
I submitted my bank statement to them...

Product not delivered and money not refunded, but order status shows complete

Ordered not delivered on 28th April. Status shows complete, and refund not received. Customer care not responding. Dropped an email to [protected]@bigbasket.com and still no response.

Soyabean Oil not delivered too expensive to lose

I had ordered Soyabean oil in morning today around 11 am. The expected delivery time was given between 5 pm to 7 pm. It is now almost 10:30 pm and still it has not got delivered. I tried reaching everywhere on chat, email, customer care number but no update. Worst experience with Big Basket since I have started using it in last few years....

Order not delivered customer service not responding

I placed an order on 1st May 2022 which was due on 2nd May but till 3rd May it’s not delivered. Despite call waiting for more than 15 minutes the customer care still not responding. The chat option for complaints is also not working. I just wanted to know when my order will be delivered?

Refund not credited to my source account

This is regarding my order[protected] which was cancelled by bb for some reason which is only known to them. On 2nd May I got a mesage that amount will be credited to my source account within 24 hrs however I am still waiting. They are not responding via email phone or chat..i dont know what to do now. I am using BB from past 8 years and never happened like this. Please help me to get my refund as BB is unresponsive and behaving like a unprofessional...

Very unprofessional approach towards customer

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have ordered a product (Borosil - Borosilicate Glassware
) through order No MKOVO[protected]. I have placed the order on 23rd March’22. The ordered product was supposed to deliver on 28th March’22 at my place. But on the day of delivery, I have received a message that due to unavailability of the product the order was cancelled. I have ordered the product for gifting purpose....

Daily Orders

I have subscribed for milk and other products but they are not delivered on time. Amount is showing as deducted from my wallet but the order is not yet delivered. I am facing this issue from 3 days. Multiple debit refund

For order no.EXN-[protected][protected] there has been multiple debit. I had a chat regarding this ( service request [protected]) and was told amount will be refunded within a week, but still there has been no refund. It's over a week now.

I have submitted the bank debit statement and Gpay transaction details

Bigbasket is not addressing the refund and i need this complaint to be resolved at the earliest....

After a zillion customer care calls, and hundreds of mails I am at it again!!

Let me begin by asking...WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?????

Inactive account for Returning Two Items
