Hello Bigbasket
My order Number is MVDO[protected] and NJMVDO[protected] amounting to rupees 1212.
I have won a spin game and i was rewarded rupees 100 off on order of 1200 for which i ordered amount of 1200 today.
below is screenshot for your reference.

Now for the order mentioned above i tried to add this coupen in all possible ways but it kept saying invalid. I am not sure why bigbasket is cheating like this especially with customer who is a member. Below is the screenshot for your reference. I am not sure what will you do but if i am getting this cashback what is the point of ordering with Bigbasket specially when we have other platform. Screenshot attached.

Please get back to me with a proper and appropriate solution. This time i kept an order as i was needed items in urgency. But if i do not get a final solution, This will be my last order with bigbasket going further.
Best time to reach to me will be 11am ist to 3pm ist and 5:30pm ist to 5am IST.

    It is with disdain and very regretfully to inform you that the quality of all the leafy vegetables sent by you in response to my order are of the poorest quality and not fit for use.I had to throw away the entire lot of Bathua, Methi, Palak and Sarso leaf vegetable.The Bananna are hard like a rock and can not be consumed in the next 10 days at least.

    This is the second time I received such bad quality produce.

    I ordered Togari Bele yesterday. Not only are the pods dry they have fungus on them.

    I feel the teams on the ground are not doing their job. In the recent months most of the vegetables fruits are not BB standard at all.

    I buy from BB so I don't have to clean or worry about quality. In fact I stopped buying fruits from BB. I think I will stop buying veggies to

      I am an user of Bigbasket since 2015, started my taking service of bigbasket in Pune and now availing in Faridabad (Delhi/NCR). Since then I was happy with the delivery part of your services, as always delivered in the scheduled slot.

      But I was saddened with the order EXN-[protected][protected] placed on 06.01.2022, the order was scheduled for delivery on 08.01.2021 between 11 AM- 01 PM. my concerns are as below:

      1. Being a BB Star member, no advantage of early delivery slots
      2. Order got delayed by more than 6 hours, no communication/information from Bigbasket Store/ Delivery Team/ Customer Service. So that alternate purchase method could be explored.
      3. When approached over helpline, no correct information and estimated delivery time shared
      4. When approached over chast support, no solution was provided.
      5. Upon expressing poor experience and mentioning all above issues to chat support, order canceled from their side without any confirmation.
      6. Moreover, BB Star membership was also canceled without permission/ prior to validity and charges refunded for the same.

      Besides the worst experience, I had to bear financial losses as I bought a few very essential items in the order at midnight of 8th Jan (After order cancellation of order chat support executive) from local shops at very high rates.

      Kindly arrange to recover my losses and reinstate BB Star membership.

      Along With this, kindly arrange a written apology on business letterhead from your Regional Head. (Delhi/NCR), to regain the trust which you have lost by this [censored] act.

        My redund not yet credited to the source, they seem to have initiated the refund on 24 dec and now 12 jan the refund is not credited??

          We placed an order with big basket on jan 10th 2022..The order was delivered around 8pm in the night... The delivery guy my god he was so impatient and rude to my parents who came to collect the order... He is just yelling at my mother when she told she doesnt have online payment facility and would pay by cash... Later i came and asked what is his problem... Then he told we have to do online payment... I told ok i will do.. I tried to do the payment through phone pe... The transaction was processing and was taking time... The delivery guy is just impatient and ordering us to do fast.. The payment was taking time to process... So the delivery guy ordered me to redo the payment... I was angry and frustrated with his rude behaviour and later second time i tried... The payment was successful... Then he left... Still next day morning the first transaction was still processing and later it was successful... Then i contacted the big basket customer service about this and requested them to refund one of my transactions... They were rude to me and arguing that they recieved only once the amount... If so then where did my other transaction money go???i did not know big basket customer service is so bad... It is filled up with unethical and threatening people... Please refund my money of rs 657...i will be thankful if my money of rs 657 is refunded to me

            I don't expect this service from Big Basket as this has happened before as well.

            I spoke to Kripali Hedau, Hemlata G and Pratik on my order to be delivered today at the 10.30 - 12.30 slot.

            There was one issue with my address as the apartment name was missing and the rest details were there but there was also an additional address with all the details to refer to. I asked Big Basket to fix it last time when I ordered but it wasn't fixed and this time they literally rescheduled my order without my CONSENT.

            I received ONE call at 11.52 am and I couldn't answer as I was on another call. I called them back at 11.55 am to speak to them about where KRIPALI/ KRUPALI was handling my call. So, in just 3 MINUTES she decided to cancel my order for today and moved it to tomorrow due to an address issue. And she said the driver waited for 10- 15 mins for the confirmation from my END. I am sharing a call record screenshot as evidence.

            All I requested her to call the driver and attempt the delivery till 12.30 as it was still the slot time while she dragged the call till 15 mins and 9 s putting me on hold for over 7 mins saying she is connecting with the DRIVER and then she HUNG UP THE CALL.

            PRATIK said they could still try to make the delivery if it was close the time at 1.00 pm.

            I again called and spoke to HEMLATA and she kept the call going for over 42 min and 54 s. She kept me on hold for over 15-16 mins and resolved NOTHING.
            She said PRATIK will be calling me soon.

            Pratik has the same thing to say and also adding one item refund was made as it is out of stock.
            Do you guys think this is customer service on your end?

            I am requesting to make an order today as it was my priority while I am sitting on call for over an hour requesting and these 2 ladies don't even know how to handle the customer. Please check their call records.

            In the first place, the FAULT is of KRUPALI/ KRIPALI and the person called me at 11.52 am who cancelled my ORDER for today. Usually, the driver checks the exact address before leaving from the last location and there is a bit of time left to connect to the customer to get address details instead you just make a decision within 2 mins that means either you are still in the same location and it was still possible to make the delivery.

            YOU GUYS KNOW TO WASTE CUSTOMERS MONEY AND TIME.

              BB Royal Organic brown sugar they are giving colored white sugar instead of brown sugar

              Today I got to know the sugar I'm using since 6 month is fake and colored.
              I have some health issues that's why I'm using brown sugar, but Big basket doesn't care about anyone's health. They are just making money.
              This is totally fraud and breach of trust.
              I want to run complete legal action against bb royal so that they can get punished for breaching the trust, doing such big label fraud, and giving harmful camical...

              My self Sandip Jadhav i put my urgent need grocery item order as per there commited delivery slot i am eagarlly waiting for my stuff i paid 5206 rs but they fail to delivered order and last 10 they was inform me that. Due to not fulfill customer commitment i want compassiotion from big basket and now they gave commitment my money refund in 48 hours. Why should i park money in big basket account from last 24 hours and now plus 48 hours which they need for refund. I want compassiotion for financial and emotional loss. Kindly help us.

                we have bough whole wheat flour - 5kg from Bb daily on 01.12.2021. After sfew days myself and my family found stomach pain then identified that warm found inside wheat flour which we have bought few days back. based on the government rules packed atta should be good to eat till 90 days of purchased. but Bb daily delivered bad product to us. and this product is manufactured by Bb daily only as there is no brand name available on that. we have complaint to Bb daily help centre also to sales executive Mr. Jitendra (Jitu - [protected]) on 15.12.2021 who is dealing with us for promotion at Cliffton Park, Vijay Nagar, Indore (MP), but he is also not taken any action on the same.

                  This is a consistent operational issue noted with bb daily. BB daily manages delivery of milk and other products to apartments where I reside. There is almost one incident every 2 weeks where in either there is no delivery of milk or quantities delivered are less than the order value. Please note that all payments are done in advance with a wallet recharge. If this issue is notified to the company they assure you about redelivery which does not happen in 99% of cases. The responsibility to inform them about the success or failure of redelivery also lies with the customer and not with the operations team. If the issue is not escalated within 48 hours, they simply quote their company policy to eat away money for a service not delivered. They are shamelessly making money on products that they are not delivering and putting the onus of managing their operations on customers.

                    I ordered on 13th December which was supposed to arrive on 12th but they canceled the order on their own behalf then I got a message yesterday which says "The amount should be credited in your UPI account within 24hours. Please contact our customer service in case of any issue" but my refund has not come yet and big basket's agents are useless, had a chat with ample of agents. They put their zero efforts and keep lying to my face million times and say "We have initiated the refund from our end the bank will take up to 48hours acknowledge the same" and my message says amount should be credited in 24hours. What a scam big basket! I'll never buy anything from here in future and I'll also tell my all relatives, friends about this scam, don't buy anything from here.

                        My BigBasket account is blocked. Mostly times they send me bad and worst Quality products . I asked them for pickup but they don't do that and refund my money. Today they blocked my account saying that you are misusing our policies. How I am misusing the policy????
                        I asked only for bad quality eggs, vegetables and bread. In my BigBasket account wallet almost 2000 rs was there and some items will delivered soon, but due to blockage of account, items will not delivered to me.
                        I have complained a lot of times, but they say they can't activate my account.
                        Please help me and get my 2000 rs back
                        Please activate my account.

                          UnAuthorized transactions are made by bigbasket from my wallet, without giving my go-ahead. Also, they do not have policy of refunding the money from wallet to my mobile (through paytm/googlepay/phonepe...etc). The transaction I made was through a card, which I blocked/not using now. They want to send the money to inaccessible area. I asked for sending to my registered mobile number directly.

                          Ticket is been raised with bangalore escalation team and mr abhishek and naresh mentioned this is your process in terms of auto renewal and no return of money unless source account. Today's world you can refund to registered mobile numebr as well...but your process is so useless to end-user where they don't have option to get their money back from wallet.
                          and even as per new RBI guidelines (on auto debit) no institution can do the auto debit or auto renewal, without customer consent...to my suprise I hear there was 5times the auto renewal done for bbstar member ship.
                          Pls search the ticket number raised very long back with your bangalore escalation manager Naresh. You haven't resolved anything, pls don't mark it resolved unless it is really resolved...bugbasket ticket number: 20728

                            Every time my wallet is negative. Recently I see that my wallet balnce is negative 19 rupees, i thought there might be some unsettled dues from my side so paid that amount and placed an order. Now today again my balance is negative 3. It has become a practice for this company. it seems like it is a CHOR company which is deducting 2-3 rupees from the wallet so no one will care . However, they might be collecting crores of rupees in this way

                              One of the executive of Big Basket Mr. Harish his mobile no. is [protected] offered me that recharge your wallet with 1500/- and you will get 15 days half litre milk free. But after a day the amount was deducted from my account. When in approached him he didnt reply.

                                  I have been trying to sign-in to the big basket app which asks for the ORP. The otp is open for 30 SECONDS. The OTP takes 25 -25 secoonds to reach my cell phone. It was a most frustrating experience. Good Bye to my attempts to SIGN IN....

                                  I jus received a call from ur customer service and delivery guy regarding the missing chocolate, it seems now the delivery guy is lying and threating to go at my house, right now my mom is alone at home but am about to reach home soon, what kind of service and goons have you'll employed .. worst experience firstly I got items missing from my order and now I have to deal with all of this ...
                                  All of this because my order had 2 chocolate missing, and I complaint about the guy ... Worst experience I also have recordings of the delivery guy the way he was speaking with my mother who is an senior citizen.
