Amount debited twice from account

I have an account with Big basket and on 8/8/2020 for the amount of 2935. I had placed an account with Big Basket and paid for the transaction through my debit card. The Big basket app showed that first time payment did not go through and hence I once more did the payment and placed my order.

However, the amount was debited from my account and even after nearly one month the amount has not been refunded. I have called Big...

      I have been charged twice from my bank for the transaction and amount has been debited twice from my savings account.

      The second payment showed success and processed.

      However the first needs to be refunded immediately. Kindly look into the same.

          I funded the wallet on 20th august, amount got deducted from the bank account but didn’t credited in wallet, no response even after multiple follow ups. It seems it doesn’t values customers concern.

            I placed a order with bigbasket and paid the amount via net banking and show them the proof of payment and complained them on this via email and chat but no good response so far

                After opening the packet we tasted the akhrots and found out it is not fresh and it's old and has a strange smell. It is quite costly so i would like a refund.

                  I had purchased a bigbasket membership. I still do not get any slots and i have to pay for shipping. I had placed an order on 22 june, 2020. They did not deliver all the items and refunded rs.86 to my bigbasket wallet against the items that were not delivered. After that day, i kept trying to purchase items but their slots are always full. Once, i almost finished completing the order and was on the payment page and received a message saying the slots are full. I again placed an order on 03 august, 2020. The delivery date was displayed as the next day. The delivery executive called me at 12 noon and said the order will be delivered by 1.in the evening, i spoke to their customer support executive who confirmed it will be delivered by end of the day. However, i did not receive anything. On 05 august, i had to call on their support number four times to cancel the order. The first executive hung up on me. On each call, i was put on hold for a long time and had to share all my details again. I requested them to refund the entire amount to the original source of payment. The executive kanchan said it will reflect in my bank account in 7 days but it has still been credited to my big basket wallet. This is pointless as i cannot order anything on their app or website. The slots are always full and the products are always out of stock.

                    My name is Anurupa Paul.I am complaining about big basket poor service of refunding money to customer.I have called them so many times.However they are not interested to take my issue seriously.Every time they said me their transaction team will contact me.However no one come up from their end with satisfied resolution.Is it possible every day to call them.order no of product is MKOO[protected] of amounting 5947.91 rupees.I have ordered items in previous month.Till now I did not receive my refund amount in my bank account.i have contacted with my bank responsible person they said that there is no amount credited from big basket.very disapointing service.

                      I ordered goods worth 1222/- and made online payment on 20th july 2020 and as per the app the expected delivery on 25th july 2020.

                      I received notification on 24th july that the goods have been packed and except couple of items, everything rest will be delivered.

                      The next day, on 25th july when i was expecting their delivery, suddenly a message popped stating that it can't be delivered due to location not serviceable.

                      My question here is, if it wasn't serviceable, then why did you take order in the first place. Secondly, why accept payment when you won't deliver. Thirdly, why the order cancelled on the delivery day. Sheer nonsense. Then they take another 8-10 days to refund the money. Loss of time, money and energy for the customer.

                              On 23rd July 2020, i placed an order of some grocery items on the online grocery shop of bigbasket company on website www.bigbasket.com. i was requested to make payment for the same using online mode o. I chose to pay by online mode so i opted for internet banking from online payment mode using HDFC Bank internet banking.                               Dear Sir/Mam

                              Please be noted a transaction of rs 556/- on 9/07/2020 for 10 item (order copy is enclosed) is not delivered on 10/07/2020 and the order is itself cancelled, from 9/07/2020 to 15/07/2020 neither i received my order nor my money is refund. I do a regular follow up with your customer care services but as on date no action has been taken.

                              I want a return clarification on my mail regarding this delay and harassment.
                              I want my money to be refunded or the 10 items to be delivered to my address.

                              In addition to the above in my dashboard of big baskets, what a negative balance of 47479/- is showing from 2016, can you clarify what this is?? and how the payment gateway is open for such a long time of almost 4 year and 7 month.

                              Please find enclosed a snapshot of orders and invoices in respect of the above matter, this how your company works and harass the customer.

                              I don't bother about money, I can get the same stuff from other online grocery stores, it's the pity of the big basket of losing the confidence of their customer.

                                I recently ordered some groceries on big basket and later they messaged me that i cant recieve them due to the lockdown we were facing, so they credited Rs 1706, the refund money in my big basket wallet. After 15 days i went there to order again and as i went to the wallet the wallet was empty. They had autonomously debited money from my account for no reason. I wish you look into this matter with utmost diligence. Thank you

                                    Subject: cancellation of order no: dxmpo[protected] at bigbasket.

                                    Complain:
                                    Big basket has cancelled my order quoting non delivery due to gate keeper didn't allow.

                                    The above claim is totally false and it reflects poor customer service only.

                                    For your information, following points i want to submit:
                                    1. Gate keeper was doing his duty of asking an didn't allow to enter as delivery was done 30 min delayed which he was unaware. Its you only who pathetically failed in providing services as per terms and also didn't informed me on time.

                                    2. The claim of "non delivery"due to reason mentioned is also false as i have received the items yesterday by myself, but ur guy has taken it back from my car saying it will b delivered another day.

                                    Please note here.. Delivery was done to me and was then taken back.

                                    Till the time i was okay with delayed delivery or all inconveniences caused by ur side due to prevailing emergency situation.

                                    But quoting wrong information and not abiding to your service ethics isn't going well with me.

                                    Now only i can request to refund money back and not to keep my money in wallet.
