Paying bigbasket is a Big Problem. This is the 4th Instance I ma facing this issue, everytime my Blood Pressure increasing

1- Payment Transaction Failed paying via Laptop using PayTM Wallet
2- Payment Transaction Failed paying via Laptop using Credit Card
3- Payment Transaction Failed paying via MobileApp using PayTM Wallet
4- Payment Transaction Failed paying via MobileApp using Credit Card
5-Tried to fund the Bigbasket Wallet via Laptop using Credit Card
6-Tried to fund the Bigbasket Wallet via MobileApp using Credit Card

I dont have CASH

Nothing of this worked. Spent 1 Hr Already...Totally frustrated...Called Customer Service...Poor guys have no clue about these technical things...Whole Technical team should be sacked ...It's alredy 1 month this issue persists and still no resolution...PATHETIC

    Dear BB,

    What is the action towards my complaint which is stlll not resolved since 10 days has passed. So I would put my complaint in Consumer forum today to get resolvent thru them only. And you need to be replanted for the incident which has happened and negligence done by BB towards his distribution team behavior. On the above your people are telling to close down the service, was it my mistake to take service from BB have i gone mad to know that this kind of worst service in life do i get from.

    See this today morning your milk person again dropped the samw how could u accept this 3rd incident but no one is bothered to do anything at customer grievance but only mail comes and says sorry about the issue.       My request number is [protected] with bbdaily chat support. This is regarding Amul Taaza milk subscription on my registered mobile [protected]. I did not received the order since I recharged my bbdaily account with Rs 1800 on Apr 11, 2020 due to service unavailability after the pandemic. My flat was locked and there is no one to receive the order.

      My account balance was 2300 after recharge which got deducted on daily basis, in spite of the fact that the flat is locked and no one is available to receive the order. Today when I checked, my account balance is shown as 718.

      Please refer the attached screenshot captured from bbdaily portal for your reference. Please take action to initiate the refund process of 2300 to my source account from where I transferred to bbdaily wallet, without any further delay and on priority.

        Big Basket packs personal hygiene and cleaning products like Harpic and Lizol with edibles like biscuits which are especially meant for children.
        Previously also this had happened and I had escalated the issue but no change. The customer center executives only say sorry but the matter is not attended to with any seriousness.

            I have called Big Basket multiple times and they are not till free calls.
            I have told them over the last 6 months to change their image of the Hide and Seek Biscuitsbiscuit as the image shows them to be having extra choco chips while they are just normal ones without extra chocochip.
            All the customers buying it are getting fooled or being mislead, I would have to say intentionally as the extra choco chips is a better quality one.
            I have given feedback and rating which they have not published because it is a lower rating and points the above and will prevent other customers from buying it.

            You need not help me, correct the product image and stop fooling your customers.
            Go to your site check for hide and seek, take a pack of hide and seek and hopefully you are not blind, check whether you are selling the same biscuit with EXTRA CHOCO CHIPS as shown in the image

            If you take into account all the hide and seek biscuits you have sold to all the customers, I wonder what would be the penalty levied by the consumer court.

            Image 1 is what you are claiming to sell and Image 2 is what you are delivering.

            I have ordered on multiple occasions you have even not approved the 2 STAR review comment, very unethical.

              I have ordered 40 products amounting to rupees 2997. Based on that they have added two items free as gift.
              1. Fresho Signature butter cookies - cardamom, crunchy worth rupees 160 and
              2. Lindberg assorted chocolates 36 pcs thin worth rupees 799
              Now they are saying that those two items are out of stock and can't be delivered. I want a refund. They have it on their terms and conditions that "if a free item is not delivered, the amount will be refunded on my bb wallet". So either give me those two products else refund me that amount asap.

                I have ordered oil tin of end cost rs. 1859 in which I have applied promo code AMEX300C.
                Big basket wont able to deliver product as per order and than as per their customer care executive, item was not available in stock. So they have suggested to cancel order but I was not agreed. After that some senior executive mr. Shekh called ne assured me that I will be able to redem that AMEX300C code again for next order and cancelled that order. After that I have tried atleast 15 times to order same item but every time payment gets failed by shiwing that "Invalid offer for selected payment type". I have called three times to customer care but till date no any prompt actions has been taken by bigbasket. Today also bigbasket customer care executive assured me to call back at 19:00 but i have not received any call till submission of this complaint.

                  I am complaining about don't buy products from big basket.

                  They sell everything bad. even a street shop is good than this big brand.
                  especially if you order online.
                  You will not get what you order.

                  i got expired stuff.

                      Everytime I order their products, they purposefully leave out 2-3 items, so we can reorder again and meet their minimum order value of Rs. 600 for free delivery.

                      This ensures that customers order more items and increase their overall revenue. These guys used to be a good delivery service back when they launched, now they have turned 360 degrees and have begun to involve in such fraudulent malpractices.

                            I used to be a consumer of BigBasket and thus created my account which involved my email id as well. I stopped using the app due to bad experiences with their delivery etc.

                            I, now, got a call from one of their executives (Megha, +91-[protected]) that they would like me to recharge my BigBasket wallet and in return they would give me an offer where I get my next 4 milk deliveries free.

                            I agreed and recharged my wallet but was still unable to apply the code and then Megha insisted on applying the code from the back-end.

                            I now realized that the code was valid for only new users and hence, she asked me for OTP and changed my email address in the profile without my consent. My email address was changed from [protected]@mbe-du.org to [protected]@gmail.com. The latter doesn't exist (at least in my knowledge) and could not be verified. Later on, Bigbasket also refused to give me the benefits which were promised to me initially.

                            Anyway, I would definitely want to file a complaint against them for 1) changing my email id without my consent and adding a fake id.
                            2) Not providing the offer benefits which Megha promised initially.

                            BigBasket executives now refuse to support me on this as my mode of communication (my correct email id) is not in their database.

                                Ordered eggs of 30 piece tray. Found out totally unusual characteristics of eggs.
                                1. Egg yolk immediately gets disaolved with white part without beating.
                                2. No smell of egg after breaking it.

                                I am regular customer of big basket and realising how can big basket sells such a bad quality of product and play with people health.

                                  I have placed 48 orders during last one year. My last order dx - mco[protected].
                                  One particular item was not delivered but i was billed for it. I took the matter with your staff. I was informed that due to excess grammage (In weight) that item costing rs.28.60 was withdrawn to make up for the price difference.
                                  And this i am informed only after i asked for clarification why a product was billed and not delivered. This is recorded in your chat.

                                  If the weight exceeds charge me for it and i would have paid even before your delivery was made.. Where is the transparency in your billing is you randomly don't deliver a product and later inform me that it was adjusted for a weight difference.
                                  I am a regular and so far satisfied customer.. Let this not mar our relationship and make me switch another to another grocery e tailer.

                                    The bill handed over to me by Big basket was only 1946.32 but I was charged 1988. Moreover, they have further debited another 41 rs citing variable pricing for vegetable weights. Almost all vegetables are charged 10% extra on this premise. Overall they have charged me 2029 for items worth only 1946 according to their own bill.

                                      I had cancelled an order on 28th june and yet to get my refund amount back. None of your customer service providers were helpful and after many calls not a single person followed up.
                                      I have contacted my bank and phonepe upi as well, they never got a refund from your side.
                                      Mailed my bank statement from 25th june to 3rd sept (paid to bigbasket on 27th june) and screenshot of my order on 4th of sept and yet to get any reply. Called bigbasket customer care on 10th and i get a call back from you after 2- 3 hrs.
                                      Please look i to this matter and refund asap as it has been more than 2 months.

                                        I have been a member of bigbasket for years. They started well but slipping downwards gradually. Yesterday, i placed an order for today's slot. It was supposed to be delivered between 7.30 and 10.30 am. At 10. 20 i get a call that their bike got punctured very close to my house and it would be delivered shortly. I agreed. I did not find that wrong.in 5 minutes i got a message that my products were delivered. I was wondering how that was possible. I called up the security personnel and they said that nothing was delivered. And after that i tried calling the coimbatore depot person who was always busy on the telephone. After continuous calls he answered. He said he would look into the matter and then another person called saying the phone hanged and he did not know how it automatically showed as delivered. I was totally upset with this very unprofessional behavior and cancelled the whole thing. When the app shows as delivered, it's difficult to cancel too. Then i had to say return to each individual product. Now the next scam is it asks for a slot to pick it up. How can they pick up something which they haven't delivered? God! The whole thing is a big scam. The app does not have a place where we can review the goods or service or any complaints.
                                        Totally unprofessional. Can accept the truth. But cannot accept lies. (Phone hanging. Phone went automatically to delivered.) there are many stores nearby. It's time we boycott such online services. Very unhappy customer.
